A month to month subscription is $25 USD per month. You can cancel anytime!
Each month you’ll receive 5-6 full size items ranging from princess hair accessories, princess jewelry items, craft kits, beauty products, purses and more!
Payment
For monthly subscribers your credit card is charged the day you sign up and on the 20th of every month after that.
Just log into your account, select "edit" under Credit Cards, and update your card information.
Scheduling
You will receive a new box every month. Your box will ship between the 10th and 15th of each month! You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
Yes! Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime by logging into your account. Please note that if you cancel your subscription after the 19th of the month you will still receive one more Petite Princess Box (that you have already paid for).
Bundled subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be canceled. Your bundled subscription will auto renew upon the completion of your prepaid plan. You may cancel your auto renewal prior to the completion of your current plan.
Shipping
Boxes ship between the 10th and 15th of each month. Please allow 5-10 business days for your box to arrive.
Yes, all packages will ship USPS and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as they ship.
Log in to your account to update your information. Please be sure to update your shipping address before the 19th of the month to ensure your box is shipped to the correct address.
We ship to the United States and Canada.
We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $6 per month.
Returns and Exchanges
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of monthly box products.
In the rare chance that your items do arrive damaged please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package.
Gifts and Promos
Yes! We think a subscription for the Petite Princess Box is the perfect gift. At checkout you can indicate if the subscription is a gift, your prefered start date, and duration. The gift recipient's shipping address is collected at check out.
